Conveyor pulley lagging is used to increase friction between pulley and conveyor belt, so that it can protect them from damage. We can produce several types pulley laggings, include below types:

Rubber Lagging

1. Plain Rubber Lagging for non-drive pulleys to provide better traction for conveyor belt.
2. Diamond Grooved Rubber Lagging is ideal for pulleys which require more friction with conveyor belt. The diamond grooves provide extra flexibility to move and bend with conveyor belt. The grooves helps shed water off to prevent slippage

Ceramic Rubber Lagging

Ceramic lagging is used for arduous evironments where long working life and durable materials are necessary. Ceramic rubber lagging can be produced in pieces, custom specification are available. Ceramic pulley lagging in rolls are also available, such as 10 meter per roll, or as your requests.
